Returns
Our return policy is valid for 7 days after the goods have been received (not the order date). After 7 days, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-3 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items and mystery boxes are final sale.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for any reason, you can do so within 5 days of the original receipt date. Customer is responsible for shipping fees for any exchanges.
