Our return policy is valid for 14 days after the goods have been received (not the order date). After 14 days, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.
- If item(s) is not broken, defective or contain any imperfections, returns will be processed minus a 7% restocking fee.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-3 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund in 1-3 business, first check your bank account or credit card account again.
- Then contact your credit card company or bank since it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot are final sale.
If you need to exchange an item for any reason, you can do so within 7 days of the original receipt date. Customer is responsible for shipping fees for any exchanges.

To return your product, please contact email@example.com to let us know in advance you will be sending something back.
- Please include your order number on the return package.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
