How to style your Fall looks - using accessories

Hey Glam Friends, We Missed You | Stepping Into Fall with Intentional Glam

First, let me pause and just say: I know it has been radio silent around here for a minute. Life happens, seasons shift, and sometimes we have to step back to recalibrate. But I have missed this community, and I am so glad to be back in your inbox and back on the GLAM! 🌟 I am officially back, recharged and deeply excited for my fave season of the year.

There is something so magical about this time of year. Even though this year Fall just dropped in unannounced like a random out of town guest 😂, it doesn't just arrive; it paints itself across our lives. It’s the pumpkin spice EVERYTHING, the perfect, amber golden-hour light filtering through the trees, (perfect for those selfies), the crisp morning chill that turns into cozy afternoons and that irresistible first sip of a spiced chai or pumpkin latte. It’s a sensory reset and honestly, my personal favorite time to dress up.

When the weather dips, fashion gets so much richer. We get to play with textures—soft cashmere, deep velvets, structured wool coats, and rich autumnal palettes of espresso, plum, forest green, and creamy oat. But as you pull out your favorite oversized knits and boots, remember that the secret sauce to making an outfit feel intentional (rather than just thrown on) always comes down to how you finish it.

Here are four effortless ways to step up your fall style game this season and breathe fresh life into your wardrobe:

1. Frame Your Face Over High Collars

When turtleneck and mock-neck season arrives, your necklines move up—which means your statement earrings need to shine. Pair a chunky knit sweater with dramatic drop earrings or bold architectural hoops. It creates a stunning focal point and instantly elevates a cozy top into a high-fashion look.

2. Statement Chains Over Chunky Knits

Don’t let your favorite necklaces hide under winter layers. Heavyweight chains, bold pendants, and textured collared pieces look incredible layered right over a dark-toned sweater or fitted long-sleeve. The contrast between soft knit fabric and polished metal brings instant dimension.

3. Sleek Bangles/Cuffs Over Fitted Sleeves

One of my favorite editorial styling tricks for crisp weather is wearing a bold, structured cuff or statement bracelet right over the sleeve of a tight turtleneck or sheer top. It creates a chic, tailored silhouette that feels sophisticated and unexpected.

4. Rich Warm Metals with Deep Autumn Tones

Match the moody warmth of the season. Golden tones, deep bronzes, and sparkling accent pieces pop miraculously against rich fall hues like deep burgundy, burnt orange, and chocolate brown. Think of your jewelry as the catching of warm sunlight against an otherwise autumn landscape.

Whether you’re heading out for a cozy coffee date, heading into the office, or getting dressed up for weekend dinner & drinks, take that extra two minutes to add the finishing touches that make you feel confident, radiant and unapologetically you. Don't be afraid to show the world your STYLE!

We have so much goodies lined up for you this season, and I can't wait to share what we've been curating behind the scenes.

But how are you feeling about your fall wardrobe this year and what specific pieces or tones are you hoping to style first? Let us know in the comments 🫶🏾💫

I love Fall season too. My go to colors are the neutrals and earth tones like brown, deep yellow & orange and even a good beige trench. I’m always gonna add necklaces or a belt to chunky sweaters for that added pizazz hahaha
